- Beginner Level Classes - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Intermediate Level Classes requires completion of Beginner course OR Instructor approval via email JAMAtlantaGym@gmail.com - SUBJECT: Int Class
- Those wanting to focus/review basics should take Beginner Level Class as the Int. class will focus on advanced techniques.
